How does StopSport work for a sports club?
StopSport is an online platform that lets sports clubs handle their members' cancellations simply and automatically. The club creates its workspace, configures its cancellation conditions, and shares a link with its members. Every request is centralized in a dashboard with real-time tracking.
How does free cancellation work?
If you offer free cancellation to your members, your only cost is the €9.99 excl. VAT monthly subscription, regardless of the number of cancellations processed. No additional usage fees.
How does paid cancellation work?
You set the cancellation fee (e.g. €10 excl. VAT). StopSport takes a commission upfront of €1.10 excl. VAT + 5% of the invoiced amount, on top of the €9.99 excl. VAT monthly subscription. Example: on a €10 excl. VAT cancellation, StopSport takes €1.60 excl. VAT and the rest is paid to your account. You can switch between free and paid any time in your settings.
Does StopSport handle member payments?
Yes. When the club enables paid cancellation on StopSport, the member pays online by card. The payment is collected straight to the club's account, without going through a platform account. StopSport takes its commission upfront. The technical details and payment terms are described in our Terms.
Can I try StopSport without commitment?
Yes. StopSport offers a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, the subscription is €9.99 excl. VAT/month, and you can cancel any time, no fees, no notice period.
